The need for reasonably priced housing — to buy and to rent — is huge, unmet and growing for many moderate- and low-income families in New Hampshire. The Loan Fund has teamed up with our borrowers and community partners to preserve and create affordable housing across the state by supporting a variety of initiatives.
Manufactured Housing Park Program
Provides loans and technical assistance to help homeowners create cooperatives, help cooperatives buy and manage their manufactured housing parks, and provides home loans for individuals in cooperative parks. For a current list of cooperatives, click here
Community Housing Program
Provides
loans and technical assistance to help local nonprofit, community-based
organizations purchase, renovate or build affordable housing.
Individual Development Accounts
Through local community organizations,IDAs provide combine a cash match and consumer education to help low-income people save for a small business investment, home ownership or post-secondary education.
The Home of Your Own program is no longer offered by the Loan Fund. Click here for links to other organizations that may be able to assist you.
